Cant escape bootloader mode after firmware update

Hello:

I had to update the firmware for the CW lite, I used BOSSA and it seemed to work; however, I cant get the CW lite to exit the bootloader mode. The blue light and red light are both still dimly lit, and my windows machine still recognizes the board as being a COM device. I unplugged the CW lite and plugged it back in, but no change. Does that mean the firmware update did in fact not work? Is there a way to reset the CW lite so I can try to start it again? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hello,
If you use BOSSA to update the firmware, please make sure the “Erase all” and “Boot to flash” options are selected before programming.
