H-Field Probe max frequency supported

Hi, I’m using the H-field probe of chipwhisperer with an oscilloscope. I was wondering what is the maximum possible frequency supported by the H-field probe?

Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

Lacking a calibrated field generator, the best I can do is use two “back-to-back” h-probes (i.e., overlapping as a simple transformer). We can assume TX & RX attenuation are the same, which gives the following plot up to 500 MHz - the the blue line is S21 (through gain of the system):

This suggests response is OK well beyond 500 MHz, I’d guess it will have similar response to other size H-Field probes and could easily handle 1 GHz+.
