As I can see from the ChipWhisperer Analyzer, it allows us to choose two kinds of attacks: CPA and Profiling. Can I choose some more like 2nd-CPA or HO-CPA? I find some protection scheme from DPAV4 claim that they could resist 2nd-DPA, so maybe I could use your SW to verify that.

Those options aren’t implemented yet, although it’s on a longer-term road map. For some of these more complex functions you might end up needing to implement them yourself as a new attack module depending how specific it becomes.
