What RF transceiver the CW Husky Plus uses?
Are there plans to work on developing the capture device so that to sample up to 500 - 1000 MS/s?
It would be nice to have everything working out of the box. Or such device will be very expensive?

Husky uses the TI ADS4128 ADC, while Husky Plus uses the ADS4129. They’re essentially the same chip, except that the 4128 supports up to 200 MSps, while the 4129 goes up to 250 MSps.
Going much beyond that does get very expensive very quickly. Your best option for that is to use a fast oscilloscope.
I have just checked PicoScope price. The 12-bit resolution models (6000 series) are too costly (~ USD 10 000) and its functionality is redundant. The 5000 series has 8-bit resolution (12-bit is very limited).
AD 9434 is able to sample up to 500 MS/s using 12-bit resolution (with the cost of ~ USD 110) or more expensive TI ADS5463.
XC7A100T can be extended by XC7A200T.
This would be powerful combination which would cover the wide range of HW crypto engines.
At least, I would easily pay USD 2000 for such device. And I believe many of enthusiasts would do the same.
