I have a problem with my CW310 board. When I connect a 5 V power supply, the board does not power on. It also does not receive power when connected through the USB data port. No LEDs turn on, and the fan does not spin.
The only sign of life is that when I connect a USB-C cable to the port labeled POWER, the PD LED turns on. However, the board still does not show any other activity.
I have two identical CW310 boards. The second board works normally with the same cables and power supply, so the issue appears to be specific to the first board.
I have configured the switches exactly the same way as on my working board. Since I have used this board successfully before, I don’t think the issue is related to the switch settings.
