CW313 with target SAM4S board - VCC from SAM4S goes to IOVREF on CW313

Hello,

Referring to the schematics from chipwhisperer-target-cw313/NAE-CW313-02_Schematic.PDF at main · newaetech/chipwhisperer-target-cw313 · GitHub
which I guess is the latest,

I did not understand how SAM4S is giving 3.3V on to it’s VCC. This in turn is connected to pin B10 on connector P1 that goes as IOVREF on CW313

Please advise.

It’s very simple: CW313 provides the SAM4S target with VCC (3.3V). SAM4S connects this to IOVREF.

This doesn’t do anything useful here since the 313 has no voltage translation capabilities. It’s intended for future improvements.
