We are using ChipWhisperer Rev2. We could able to break AES-128 with first round HW model. But we can’t able to break any of the HD models available in Rev2 analyzer software.
We don’t know where the problem lies, either in hardware or software. Can you suggest any solutions to resolve this problem.

Can you please provide some additional information about your hardware setup? Depending on what sort of target you’re attacking (especially hardware vs software crypto), your target may not be vulnerable to some leakage models.
