Help with CW Lite - Green LED blinking even with nothing connected

Hi guys,

I’m an undergrad student working on Kyber (PQC) using an STM32F4 target on a UFO board. I separated my CW Lite via the V-cut score line to use it with the CW308 baseboard.

It was working at first, but now the green Status LED just blinks really fast whenever I try to turn on target power (scope.io.target_pwr = True). The weird part is that it keeps blinking and the unit gets warm even when I unplug the 20-pin cable and have absolutely nothing connected to the Lite unit.

I’m guessing something in the internal power circuit is fried. Since I’m on a really tight deadline for a paper and need more speed for Kyber anyway, would it be possible to return this unit and upgrade to a CW Husky by paying the price difference?

and Please look at my video, it is my hardware. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MVulp2wETP9TV4WivTxVDEllgvZVYix0/view?usp=sharing

I bought it through Mouser about 2 weeks ago. What would be the best way to handle this?

Thanks.
