Hi, does Chipwhisperer can handle a quartz wave as input? Wave is 8MHZ and is in range 1.4V to 2.7V
Look at how the CW308 handles a crystal: https://rtfm.newae.com/Targets/CW308%20UFO (second last page of the schematic).
If you don’t have a CW308, you could replicate the crystal driver circuit. This is the recommended way to provide a crystal-generated clock.
Perfect, I will take a look. For the moment I have I have removed the caps and quartz and feed clock from chipwhisperer. Using a RIGOL scope I have check that glitch is generated correctly, but I can’t create any fault. Now I open another thread with some questions about the tests I’m making.
