Hello,
I would like to ask how to properly setup husky with CW308_STM32F3 in such way that I can collect power traces on external oscilloscope and still control it via Husky. I use pico-scope 3000 series.
or is there any dedicated guide for this?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
You don’t need to change anything on the ChipWhisperer side.
For your Picoscope, you’ll need to:
- arm it
- trigger it
- retrieve the captured trace
For (2), you can either connect the TIO4 trigger line (if that’s what you’re using as a trigger) to your picoscope, or set scope.io.glitch_trig_mcx = ‘trigger’ to get Husky’s internal capture trigger signal on the front MCX connector. The advantage of this is that it lets you use any of Husky’s advanced triggering features.
(1) and (3) are up to you; while it’s certainly possible to use other oscilloscopes with ChipWhisperer hardware, it’s not something we can help with.
