I got a problem for the AES Loop Skip Fault Attack in Practice

my device is CWLITEXMEGA

I use the parameters

glitch_loc = range(671, 700)
scope.glitch.width = 5.1
scope.glitch.offset = -10.1

and i got the result

I don’t know whether i get a succesful glitch, and the key_guess is a empty array
