I am not sure why the PGE for particular subkey is bouncing between high and low value if number of traces are increased.

Hello,
What is the target? It might be that the capture length isn’t quite long enough, and it’s not reading enough data. Try increasing the number of samples slightly and see if tha thelps!

Hi Colin. Thanks for reply. I highly appreciate it. I am using SAKURA-G FPGA with open ADC. I tried to increase number of traces but still it bounces back and forth. I am capturing 7000 traces.

Sorry on the slow response - our offices were closed for 2 weeks here! Is it possible to send the traces, or a screen-shot of the traces? Perhaps there is some issue with the capture setup…
