Problem with chipwhisperer firmware updater

Hello,

I have a chipwhisperer lite and I want update the firmware with chipwhisperer firmware updater in windows 10, I connect the chipwhisperer to the pc and it has COM3 but the in updater dont apper any COM port for select, How can I solve it?
