Reduce noise from ChipShouter

Hi,

we are using the CS to inject a fault into a microcontroller. We are using a pen probe to record a trace. This signal is used to generate a trigger signal. Without the CS hovering above the microcontroller there is a clean signal with good possibilities to trigger. Unfortunately, as closer as the CS is it induces noise into the trace (before it shoots).

Does anyone have experience with this? Or maybe, ideas to try out?

We thought shortly about adding an additional RF switch in-between the coil and the CS, which should be switched on, as soon as a trigger was acquired, but are not sure if this would be feasible or would help. Any opinions on that would be nice.

Regards,
Alex
