I noticed that for certain offsets on the STM32F3 board when glitched by CWLite, it ALWAYS crashes(offset -1.953 & 48), do you know why this offset in specific never gets another output?

In general glitching isn’t deterministic, but it does tend to have the same effect if all the parameters are held constant. There are a lot of parameters that come into play, in addition to your scope.glitch settings: things like the cable, temperature, voltage, etc…
Maybe this isn’t the answer you were hoping for, but it’s the nature of glitching.
