Hi, I want to ask that if the chipwhisperer-lite can produce the overshoot waveform of the Vcc glitch.
In present, I only success to generate the undershoot one.

Hi Jack,
We only do the undershoot - although in practice you get a ton of ringing often when you are running the undershoot. Here is an example on the Raspberry Pi (I did a video on that one) :
If you want to do overshoot - you’d need to add an external MOSFET most likely to run that. You might be able to just use an “off the shelf” high-side driver chip even for example.
