The possible longest length of single vcc glitch

HI，I do the research about the vcc glitch’s effect on the True Random Number Generator.
The device I use are CW305 and CW-lite(2 part).
After I set the length of glitch to be about 2us, the CW305 would “reset”(Just like push the “USB RST” button).
WHY? Does the CW305 can afford the powerful fault?

Are you able to observe any fault on the power rail for the Sam3U?
