Trace is off, I'm sure I missed something, help?

See the attached file. It appears as though my traces are all improperly triggered. These were taken from the Multitarget board and CW Lite. I attempted to configure the multitarget board as suggested in Lab B5 for CW Rev 2 but then apply that directions in B5 for CWLite with NOTDuino to configure the CWLite.

Thank you for using NewAE software.
I’ll check the trigger issue latter. Meanwhile, you may want to try to re-synchronize it using the SAD preprocessing module.
