Wait 9ms from trigger to start of sampling

If scope.clock.adc_freq is 7384609, does that mean I need to set offset to 66461 to skip 9ms from the trigger before I start sampling?

Yes, if you’re using x1 ADC sampling (if you’re using x4 sampling, then you’ll need an offset of 4*66461).
